By using this website, creating an account or buying Premium you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to buy Premium or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

CBATONE provides original practice exercises written to resemble the published format of computer-based aptitude tests used in aircrew selection. It is a revision and familiarisation tool only.

It does not provide:

• Flight training or operational instruction of any kind
• Careers, selection or recruitment advice
• Any official test content, or any indication of what a real test will contain

CBATONE is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal Air Force, the Royal Australian Air Force, the Australian Defence Force, the Ministry of Defence, or any other armed force, government department or recruiting body. “CBAT” is used only to describe the style of test, and the same applies to “ASP”, “MACTS”, “GAT” and “OSB”: they name the assessments this material is intended to help you prepare for, and nothing more.

Nothing here is a predictor of, or a guarantee of, success in any real test, selection process or application. Scores shown are our own training benchmarks and are not selection scores. Real cut scores are not published.

Exercises are generated procedurally rather than authored, and are checked automatically for internal consistency. Even so, no representation is made that the material is free of errors, complete, or current, and it must not be relied on as an authoritative source about any real selection process.

If you find an exercise that appears wrong, please report it to support@cbatone.com.au so it can be corrected.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure, and for activity on your account.
• Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and change it if you think it has been exposed.
• Accounts are for individual, personal use. They must not be shared, transferred, sold or rented.
• Do not display or use the service for group training or classroom use without written permission.
• Tell us promptly at support@cbatone.com.au if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

• A free account runs the free version of all 27 tests, drawn from a limited question pool. It needs no card.
• Premium adds unlimited tests with fresh questions, the scores breakdown, practice levels, a practice plan and the two-day mock test. It is sold as a one-off payment for a fixed period: 1 month for A$12.99, 3 months for A$29.99, 6 months for A$49.99.
• A new account starts with 2 days of Premium, free. No card is taken, and it ends by itself; nothing is charged when it does.
• No plan renews automatically. You are charged once, when you buy, and never again unless you choose to buy more time.
• Buying more time while Premium is still running adds it to the end of the time you already have.
• When the period ends, your account returns to the free version. Your saved scores are kept.
• Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and receipts are not tax invoices. If prices change, the change applies only to purchases made after it.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: we do not refund for change of mind or for having used the service, other cases are assessed according to the Australian Consumer Law, your rights under that law are not affected, and we will put it right where the service materially fails.

If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact support@cbatone.com.au first, because we would rather resolve it directly than through a bank dispute.

All content, code, exercise generators, graphics and text on this site are owned by CBATONE and protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal practice only.

Without written permission, you must not:

• Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute or resell any part of the service
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download generated exercises
• Reverse engineer or extract the exercise generators
• Use the content to build or train a competing product or service

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain access to tests or accounts you have not paid for
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service in a way that degrades it for others
• Behave abusively toward us or other users

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Where we do so because of a clear breach, no refund is due for the remaining period.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages and faults can happen, and the service should not be your only preparation resource.

Where an outage is extended and materially deprives you of what you paid for, see the Refund Policy, which is written for exactly that case.

We may add, change or remove features over time. If we make a material change to these terms or to the service you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice by email or on the site before it takes effect. Where a change materially reduces Premium time you have already paid for, the Refund Policy applies. Continuing to use the service after that point means you accept the change.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Beyond those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any outcome in a real selection process.

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be dealt with in the courts of Australia, and nothing here prevents you from using any consumer dispute resolution scheme available to you.

If a dispute arises, we both agree to try in good faith to resolve it directly before starting legal proceedings.
