What this test involves
- Answer as many as you can.
- Type the digits and press Enter.
- There is no backspace. A mistyped digit is a lost mark.
How to prepare for Numerical Operations
- Accuracy beats speed here. The real test punishes a wrong keystroke exactly as hard as a wrong answer.
- Read the whole sum before you touch a key. Starting to type early is what causes the slips.
- For division, look for the factor rather than dividing: 84 ÷ 7 is easier read as 7 × 12.
