What this test involves
- The digits are shown for 5 seconds, then withdrawn before the question.
- Press 1–4 to choose an answer, or click it.
How to prepare for Digit Recognition
- Do not memorise the sequence. The question is always a count, so tally as you read.
- Pick two or three digits to track and ignore the rest, because you cannot hold all ten.
- Read in pairs. Chunking beats reading digit by digit once the string passes about eight.
